WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO TAKE MULTIVITAMINS?
Many people ask what is the best time of day to take your supplements, including the Health Evolution P.L.A.N. (Pure Live Active Nutrition) formulas with YTE®, and multivitamins.
Here’s an at-a-glance schedule:
WITH BREAKFAST/YOUR FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY
• Adaptogens including Ashwagandha Withania somnifera, Ginkgo biloba, Rhodiola rosea
• Amino acids
• Multivitamin, prenatal multivitamin/folic acid, minerals including zinc
• B vitamins
• Vitamin D
• Vitamin C
• Fiber supplement (with a large glass of water)
It is increasingly important for many people to take amino acid supplements, not just athletes, bodybuilders and the elderly. But many people are confused about when to take amino acids and other supplements.
Each time you eat protein; your body breaks it down and absorbs it as amino acids, which are put to immediate use as a fuel source. The human body has no means of storing or reserving amino acids so if just one amino is lacking when your body needs a particular protein, it would not be able to make it. This can have serious consequences and is one of the reasons why YTE® is so effective because it is the only single complete source of all amino acids in perfect natural balance.
The best times to take amino acids are around periods of exercise, with the period shortly before any activity being the prime time to take AA supplements. If doing extreme exercise, the time between 30 minutes to an hour beforehand is considered the best time.
Of course, every human being is slightly different, with different activities, health conditions, and stressors, which is why different times can work better for different people. If in doubt, take your supplement according to the directions on the label as this works best for the majority of people.
The most important thing of all is to remember to actually take your supplements!
Supplements only work when you take them – and take them regularly.
The easiest way to swallow capsules is to hold the capsule in your mouth while you take a drink of water, then, swirl the capsule around in your mouth with the water, allowing the entire surface of the capsule to get wet, and then swallow the water and capsule together and immediately drink the rest of the glass of water.
Why take different nutrients at different times?
Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat-soluble, while the B complex of vitamins and vitamin C are water-soluble.
The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K should be taken with food, ideally containing some fat, and are usually absorbed in fat globules that travel through the lymphatic system of the small intestines and into the general blood circulation within the body, before being stored in body tissues.
Other supplements can be taken with or without food.
Supplements need to be taken at the recommended clinical dose.
After all – if all you have to drink is a few sips of water, you'll still die of thirst, even if it's top-quality water. It's important to take enough nutrients to take effect.
That's why we declare the amount of YTE® in each of our formulas, and show the actual amount on every bottle.
To have the full clinical therapeutic dose of YTE®, take 4 capsules of TeloMind or AminoBoosters (or TeloNine if you are in the Republic of Korea), which gives you 1600mg of YTE®, the same as used in the clinical trials and research. Or take 6 capsules of AminoSerene which will give you 1800mg of YTE®.
There are 120 capsules each containing 400mg of YTE® in each bottle of TeloMind, AminoBoosters, and TeloNine.
There are 60 capsules each contining 300mg of YTE® in each bottle of AminoSerene.
Taking the full dose of YTE® means you get all the benefits that have been clinically proven over many years, during clinical trials and research in many different countries including the US, Canada, Norway, and other countries.
How will you remember to take your supplements?
Researchers have proven that it only takes around 30 days of commitment to form a new neural pathway.
Tasks which can initially feel like a chore can actually become easy-to-do habits, after about 30 days.
So here’s what you can do:
Pick a time that works for you, and take your supplements every single day, at the same time, either immediately before or immediately after something you always do.
Maybe that's having a morning coffee, or breakfast, or feeding the dog or the cat or the children or the birds …
It takes you less than a minute to take your 4 little capsules. For most people, that's with breakfast. The ingredients work best when taken with food, either before or after or during. It might feel strange at first and you may even forget once or twice, but you'll soon be loving the benefits, and it will be a part of your routine. Some people take 2 with breakfast and 2 with another meal later in the day. Of course, it's up to you. Many people find it best to take the whole dose with your first meal of the day.
